The founder and owner of Muthaiga Tea personally walked us through the process of tea blending, answering questions on flavor profiles, and how the teas were infused to create her creations. The event was held in collaboration with chefs from Embark Restaurant, known for their fine dining experience. They prepared various delicious dishes that were paired with different kinds of tea. The unique combinations of tea and food created an unforgettable experience for guests. We had the opportunity to document each course and highlight with all our senses each tea, which made the experience even more unforgettable.
