Making Latte Art with Your Partner

It’s an entire experience that you can share with your loved ones. Recently, Felipe and I signed up for a latte art class that was hosted by the East African School of Coffee. It turned out to be a great way to spend our Sunday morning together.

Throughout the class, we learned how to make different designs on our lattes, including a heart and a tulip. Our instructor was adept in showing us how to make the perfect shapes using different techniques. By the end of the class, we felt confident in creating our own latte art designs. Our final test was creating the latte art on real milk. It was super exciting to put what we've learned to the test! Together we toasted to our newly learned talent, and it was a memorable moment that we still talk about till today.

They offer group classes, private classes and will even come to your place to teach techniques on whatever machine you have at home. We will definitely be taking another class in the future to hone-in our barista skills.
